Full Job Description

The position involves data manipulation, preparation of robust MI and establishing and maintaining effective relationships across Finance and Risk teams.

  • Day to day you'll be;
  • Supporting the delivery of robust risk weighted asset MI for internal / external stakeholders within agreed timelines.
  • Assisting in the delivery of robust data quality reporting.
  • Establishing and building strong relationships with stakeholders including presenting at senior stakeholder meetings.
  • Maintaining a robust control environment.
  • Engaging with stakeholder teams to understand the wider impact of process changes and ensure a collaborative outcome.

    We are looking for an enthusiastic finance professional with a track record of success in Financial Reporting roles, with strong communication skills.
  • Ideally you will either have a Finance Qualification or be working towards one. Experience of Regulatory Reporting is not a requirement, though advantageous. The role requires the colleague to support the production of Regulatory Capital Reporting and associated Data Governance processes.,
  • You have or are studying towards a professional finance qualification (or qualified by experience).
  • You'll have a practical understanding of financial systems and processes with the ability to use and manipulate data and present information to inform business decisions.
  • You can plan, organise and prioritise your workload with the ability to identify and implement flexibility in plans when required.
  • You have good interpersonal skills allowing you to collaborate closely with colleagues across teams, departments and levels.
  • You can implement change using a confident and collaborative approach.
