Lead and manage the daily production process to meet set targets, ensuring consistent quality and food safety standards.
Supervise and motivate the production team, ensuring performance is high and in line with KPIs.
Oversee all food safety and HACCP compliance, working closely with the team and external auditors.
Coordinate production schedules and rotas within the set labour budget, ensuring smooth operation across multiple shifts.
Support with the transition to a scaled-up production unit, maintaining efficiency as production volumes increase.
Manage supplier relationships, monitoring raw material quality, and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
Coach and develop your team, promoting a positive, solution-focused culture.
Ensure systems like Comtrex, Fourth, and HACCP Food Alert are used effectively for smooth operations.
Maintaining SOPs , and training the team when needed.

Proven experience in food production management, with a strong focus on performance, food safety (L3), and HACCP (Level 2).
Experience with food processing, automation, and managing production teams.
Proficiency in systems like Comtrex, Fourth, and HACCP Food Alert.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage performance.
Hands-on approach with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
Resilience and adaptability to change in a fast-paced environment.
