Full Job Description
Permanent - part time, 21 hours per week.
Would you like to work at the heart of your local community? Are you able to inspire a team of brilliant volunteers? Do you have retail or customer service experience and are looking for the next step in your career?, You may also deputise and be responsible for running the shop when the shop manager is absent. We are looking for a great can do attitude and a willingness to learn., To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have proven experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Be passionate about retail.
- Be a dedicated team player and have the ability to motivate and lead the shop team and volunteers.
- Have a strong customer focus.
- Have solid IT skills.
- Have good attention to detail and a creative eye for shop displays.

About working in our shops Our shops are the face of our retail brand, run by a dedicated, creative and passionate bunch of superstars. Our shops are located across England and Wales and each shop has its own character and personality. We focus on sustainable fashion and engaging with local communities. We lead our volunteers to deliver a great colleague and customer experience and we raise much needed funds to deliver an Equal Future for disabled people and their families. Shop hours Its important for you to know that Scope Charity Shops are open every day. So some weekend and Bank Holiday cover is needed. Our full time hours are 35 hours a week, working five days out of seven. Weekly hours for part-time vacancies are on a seven-day rota.
