Full Job Description

Pick Everard are seeking an Associate or Associate Director of Building Surveying to lead the discipline and help to grow a team in Leeds. You will be supporting and shaping the region's work as part of the broader offering and become part of a growing, collaborative, multi-disciplinary consultancy. This is a unique opportunity for you to be autonomous, and impactful, influencing the direction of our offering, through business development and strategic activities, alongside a dedicated, supportive team.   • You will be enthusiastic, and dedicated to shaping this role, working alongside a connected team, and helping to deliver fantastic service to an ever-growing and diverse client base. You will help us shape our emerging talent within the discipline and will achieve business plan targets through effective management and development of existing and new client accounts.

  • A Chartered Surveyor with considerable experience in a relevant position, including team management.
  • RICS or MCIOB qualified
  • Have a superior level of technical knowledge and be strong in business development skills
  • Have strong bid writing and presentation skills to clients
  • Have industry knowledge across a variety of sectors
  • In order to stand out from the crowd, it is desirable for you:
  • To control day to day programming and planning of projects.
  • To manage, monitor and control workload and resource allocation.
  • To monitor progress and expenditure of projects.
  • To have developed leadership, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • To be undertaking regular CPD activities
