Full Job Description

This post will work as part of the Jameson divisional senior management team, reporting directly to the managing director, to lead in driving key opportunities across the division to support integrated working across services as well as across physical/mental health services that deliver key improvements for our patients and their carers. It will also enable the division to drive the delivery of national ambitions, in particular those relating to system transformation across mental health and the development and emergence of Primary Care Networks, Integrated Care Partnerships and Provider Collaboratives.

The post will lead the strategy transformation and partnerships team on the development and delivery of new models of care across the system, accountable for the delivery of the full transformation and community partnerships and engagement portfolio, working with key leads within the trust as well as establishing strong external partnership relationships and approaches to integration which join up pathways of care across organisational boundaries.

The post will play an important role in building/managing external relationships across our ICS footprint and will support the managing director in developing the strategy, quality improvement agenda and annual planning for the division., This role also requires significant engagement and working in collaboration with a number of different stakeholders, including ICS leads, commissioners, acute, primary care, and mental health providers as well as the public, voluntary and community sector organisations. The role also will be critical internally in ensuring coordination and join up on key strategic agendas with Goodall division, and in supporting strong links between the Trust's corporate strategic and integration functions and the division.The post holder is expected to provide visible leadership and promote high standards by modelling the values and behaviours expected of a senior manager in the NHS. They will have a professional and management line of accountability to the3managing director of the Jameson division.
