Are you experienced in Health and Social Care? Do you have a passion for providing and maintaining excellent care to patients? Do you often help and support new staff? Are you a friendly and approachable teacher?, We are looking to expand our Continuing Professional Development team with an Associate Educator. This is a role for an experienced and knowledgeable Health Care Support Worker or Nursing Associate who wishes to develop and expand their knowledge, skills and expertise in Education and Training. The role will involve teaching on the Health Care Assistant induction, supporting new staff to complete the Care Certificate and manage competence and compliance of clinical skills. You will provide excellent pastoral and clinical support for new staff and be passionate about supporting and teaching others to ensure high quality patient care is provided.
