Full Job Description

As the Associate Director of Sales for Europe you will support properties in the LATAM region by executing the sales strategy for the European market. This role involves managing a portion of the sales team, contributing to the development of sales plans, and working closely with key accounts to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, familiarity with the European market, and excellent leadership and communication skills., Sales Strategy Support:

  • Assist in the development and execution of the sales strategy for the European market.
  • Contribute to identifying target markets and customer segments.
  • Help set sales targets and objectives in alignment with the overall sales strategy.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals.
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team to achieve their targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
  • Key Account Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with major clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Revenue Growth:
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects as needed.

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the European market and business environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel within Europe as required.
  • Proficiency in English & Spanish; additional European languages are a plus.
