Full Job Description

Elysium Healthcare is seeking an experienced Associate Specialist to join their team at Spring Wood Lodge in Leeds. This is a great opportunity to work in a friendly, committed, and established service where your knowledge, experience, and skills will be valued. You will provide care for women with personality disorders and mental illness, focusing on assessment, management, and support to help them return to community living., As an Associate Specialist at Spring Wood Lodge, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team and work alongside an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist. You will have the opportunity to deliver person-centered care, treatment, and support to some of the most vulnerable people in society. Your responsibilities will include assessing and admitting new patients, obtaining collateral histories, formulating diagnoses, supporting physical health checks, completing discharge letters and reports, and working closely with the pharmacist and external professionals to ensure seamless transitions to the community. You will also contribute to the service development by participating in clinical governance activities, quality initiatives, audits, research, and teaching.
