Full Job Description

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Walsall to assist with the appointment of an Assurance Lead Officer, on a 6-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration. Rate of Pay: £161.65 - £203.73 per day Responsibilities:

  • Oversee CQC readiness preparations, ensuring compliance with all assessment requirements and quality standards
  • Conducting case file audits.
  • Developing and implementing improvement plans.
  • Driving workforce development initiatives for internal and external staff
  • Manage the Quality Assurance team, ensuring effective delivery of quality-related objectives

    Strong understanding of CQC standards and assessment requirements.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance and improvement within Adult Social Care.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and deliver strategic quality-focused initiatives.
