Do you consider yourself a digitally savvy Marketing professional? Are you self motivated with a hands on approach and remain self motivated throughout challenges? Here at Redline Assured Security, we are growing our team! We are on the hunt for an analytically minded B2B Marketing Executive to be responsible for executing tactical digital marketing to support our growing business. This is a brand new opportunity where you will be responsible for supporting and delivering our marketing strategy and help to shape our strategy, driving new acquisition across web, social, email, content, events and other media channels, as well as retention campaigns. This pivotal role will see you collaborating with internal teams, including sales, business development and operations, you'll champion social media for the business, creating and publishing all content and reporting back on key metrics. This suits someone with an excellent reporting skillset and an abundance of various marketing experience. You will be tasked with building, optimising, promoting, creating content and updating the company's website and work with our digital agency in driving PPC and SEO campaigns, ensuring these are successfully in line with delivering conversions for the business. You'll also assist with delivering the calendar of campaign activity. Responsibilities:
- Manage social media for Redline, creating and publishing all content and reporting back on key metrics
- Assist in manage our PPC agency and lead on Paid LinkedIn campaigns
- Manage and update the company website (CMS) and database (CRM)
- Assist with developing and implementing SEO and content strategies across the website
- Assist with projects to improve the design, usability and functionality of all current and future Redline websites
- Create image/video assets for social and website projects
- Support with key campaign activity across service areas,
- Assist with reporting on Return on Investment (ROI) on a monthly basis
- Develop email campaigns
- Support on data related projects such as:
- Collect and loading data to compile intelligence reports
- Use of CRM system to identify target audiences
- Support the review and reporting process of monthly business KPIs
- Contribute to monthly results presentations
- Design and create a range of content and marketing materials (including brochures, adverts, social media campaigns, PR and e-marketing)
- Work closely with our PR agency to develop and implement a digital PR strategy
- Assist with internal communications (internal marketing updates, newsletters, intranet updates etc)
- Manage relationships with third-party providers and key stakeholders within Redline
- General marketing activity aligned with sales strategy and business development activity
- Perform general marketing administration tasks
Essential - At least 2+ years' experience in digital marketing roles
- Previous experience in a B2B industry
- Self-starter who can work autonomously and hands on
- Proven experience in management of social media networking tools for B2B
- Experienced in creation of PPC and Paid Social campaigns
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts and trends
- Previously worked with a CMS, and building content in multiple environments
- Experienced in working with stakeholders across all levels, including Sales, Functional Experts and Business Development teams
- Have an analytical mind and be comfortable with reporting return on investment across a variety of marketing channels
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Previous use of Adobe Creative Cloud
- Be a strong team player, as well as the ability to work independently
- Have advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Have a minimum of 2yrs previous experience or a qualification in Advertising or Marketing Desirable
- Previous experience in a similar B2B industry (within the training, education, aviation or security sectors would be a huge advantage)
- Experienced in HTML/CSS
