Band 5 - Mental Health Nurse

In this role, you'll support individuals who require specialised care and intervention, often when community resources are insufficient or unavailable. Here, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient group, creating personalized care plans and delivering top-tier nursing care., As an RMN on our team, you'll be responsible for:

• Assessments: Conducting thorough evaluations for individuals in crisis.
• Care Planning: Developing and implementing tailored care plans for each patient.
• Direct Care: Providing compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to support patient recovery.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with a multidisciplinary team for a holistic approach to care.
• Patient Advocacy: Fostering a supportive environment for patients and their families.
• Documentation: Keeping accurate, up-to-date records in line with regulatory requirements.
  
  NMC Registered: Holds a valid NMC Pin and has experience in mental health nursing.
• Knowledgeable & Skilled: Possesses a solid understanding of mental health conditions and effective therapeutic approaches.
• A Strong Communicator: Able to connect meaningfully with patients and work well with a multidisciplinary team.
• Empathetic & Professional: Skilled in managing complex cases with compassion and professionalism.
