Band 8c Senior Operations Manager (RF Site - Network Services)

We are looking for an ambitious and talented operational leader with a track record of developing services and building great teams. This post is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring Divisional Director of Operations to support operational delivery and performance with a wider responsibility within a Divisional Leadership Team. You will support the strategic direction of network services division including breast, plastics, ophthalmology and dermatology services and work across organisational boundaries, you will be passionate to improve and redesign services to deliver excellent patient care. You will be an engaging leader with a flexible style who can engage and motivate staff across a wide portfolio of areas and understand what it takes to run a successful team. In return this post offers close working with, and support from, the Divisional Leadership Team and the peer Divisional Leadership Teams along with opportunity to contribute to or lead large scale transformation
projects.
