The innovative design features allow people who are very unwell to receive the care they need safely and therapeutically, whilst ensuring their dignity and respect are maintained, The post holder is required to carry out assigned tasks involving direct care in support of and under guidance of registered nurse or a more senior Health Care Assistant for all or most of the shift.
