As a Bank HCA, you will have a full induction with supernumerary time, and once in post, you will be expected to work 1-2 shifts per month., Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, work with all members of the multidisciplinary team, to contribute to the provision of the highest standards of patient care delivered with dignity, respect and compassion. This job description is to be read in conjunction with the core skills list for this particular job. To support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service, all staff are expected to act as a role model to others in all aspects of their work and consistently demonstrate NNUH's 'PRIDE' values of People focused, Respect, Integrity, Dedication and Excellence.

If you are passionate about caring for people, enjoy working as part of a team in a busy, fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills, then working flexibly via our Nurse Bank could be the role for you. Experience working as a HCA or carer is desirable but not mandatory. We are seeking individuals who share our PRIDE Values of People Focus, Respect, Integrity, Dedication and Excellence and who want to make a difference to our patients' experience on a daily basis. You must be aged 18 or above and will need enthusiasm, motivation and confidence as you will be expected to work in a variety of areas across our Hospital.,
