As a Bank HCA, you will have a full induction with supernumerary time, and once in post, you will be expected to work 1-2 shifts per month., Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, work with all members of the multidisciplinary team, to contribute to the provision of the highest standards of patient care delivered with dignity, respect and compassion. Experience working as a HCA or carer is desirable but not mandatory. You must be aged 18 or above and will need enthusiasm, motivation and confidence as you will be expected to work in a variety of areas across our Hospital.,

Pay scale: Between £12.08h basic and up to £22.10 during unsocial hours.
