Full Job Description

Provide banking & treasury management product sales expertise, advice & consultation to existing clients and prospects.
Cultivate, communicate, and execute on defined business development & other strategic initiatives to drive incremental growth and support the client lines of business.
Coordinate and partner with pricing and promotions lead for seamless communication, execution, and feedback to the sales force on initiatives driving deposit growth and balance sheet optimization.
Assisting Regional Sales Lead with:
Solicit, track, and share client feedback with product management. Support feedback loop keeping internal partners & clients updated.
Sales Activity Tracking (Pipeline, Initiatives, Salesforce etc.) including wins, losses and large flows (in/out) inquiry and follow up.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly balances, flows, decliners, increases and then work with Pricing teams and bankers to take appropriate action.

A good track record of experience in a similar role.
Solid experience in cash management, banking and client interfacing experience
Have knowledge of Treasury Management products, banking & the client sales cycle
Awareness of Private Banking (preferable but not required)
Builds robust working relationships with clients and internal colleagues
Strong written, listening & verbal communication skills
Excellent consultative selling & negotiation ability
Proficiency in MS Office, internet applications & pipeline reporting systems
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation or willingness to pursue within 1-2 years of hire
