Full Job Description

  • Provide banking & treasury management product sales expertise, advice & consultation to existing clients and prospects.
  • + Liquidity & Treasury Mgt. discussions, opportunity assessment & follow up + Treasury Mgt Demos & Discussion + Relationship Reviews.
  • Cultivate, communicate, and execute on defined business development & other strategic initiatives to drive incremental growth and support the client lines of business.
  • Coordinate and partner with pricing and promotions lead for seamless communication, execution, and feedback to the sales force on initiatives driving deposit growth and balance sheet optimization.
  • Assisting Regional Sales Lead with:
  • + National & Regional Sales, Strategy & Pipeline reporting + Reporting of Weekly wins/losses for the team + Ad hoc internal projects & partnerships
  • Solicit, track, and share client feedback with product management. Support feedback loop keeping internal partners & clients updated.
  • Sales Activity Tracking (Pipeline, Initiatives, Salesforce etc.) including wins, losses and large flows (in/out) inquiry and follow up.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly balances, flows, decliners, increases and then work with Pricing teams and bankers to take appropriate action.

    A good track record of experience in a similar role.
  • Solid experience in cash management, banking and client interfacing experience
  • Have knowledge of Treasury Management products, banking & the client sales cycle
  • Awareness of Private Banking (preferable but not required)
  • Builds robust working relationships with clients and internal colleagues
  • Strong written, listening & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent consultative selling & negotiation ability
  • Proficiency in MS Office, internet applications & pipeline reporting systems
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation or willingness to pursue within 1-2 years of hire
