BI Developer - London

We are looking for a BI Developer to join our centralised Analytics department on an initial 12-month Fixed Term-Contract. Our mission is to provide reporting and insight relative to Marketing, Customer Insights, Safer Gambling and establish a strong culture of data-driven decision making in our organisation's strategy. In this role you will be supporting the Digital and Venues business by maintaining and building report on key business metrics and trends. Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reporting suite used by the business to monitor performance
• Reviewing data collection processes and assessing the validity of the information stored
• Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses

• Degree in mathematics, statistics, data science modelling, business or economics (or similar)
• Experience in data visualisation tools, specifically in PowerBI
• Experience using DAX in PowerBI
• Ability to create high level presentations of analytical work
• Ability to translate complex analysis for non-technical audiences
• Strong quantitative analytical skills are essential as is proficiency within SQL (other languages an advantage)
• Attention to detail and promotes a high standard of quality
