Full Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Bid Writer to join our Sales team. The Bid Writer will be working within the Contracts team, assisting with the production of high-quality bid material and other collateral to support successful new business and growth activity. The position is full-time Monday - Friday and is based in Runcorn.,

  • Effectively support the Sales team by assisting with the delivery of bid documentation and other material/output
  • Assist with the completion and submission of high-quality and high-impact pre-tender material, tenders, presentations, evidence and associated documents
  • Contribute to the review and design of bid materials to ensure that these are consistent with market expectations of a leading edge provider
  • Assist with the maintenance of an up-to-date and comprehensive library of bid materials
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders of both the Fresenius Kabi and Calea businesses
  • Responsible for the submission of regulated documentation ie. Evergreen Assessment and Modern Slavery Assessment

    Strong written communication skills and proven experience of writing (essays/dissertation/projects), ideally technical/tender writing
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong written English language and grammar etc and an understanding of the need to write in an engaging manner to suit a variety of audiences
  • A flexible and proactive approach to work with the ability to work to deadlines and varying workloads
  • High level of personal organisation and time management
  • Adapt at creating and managing documents in standard Microsoft Office format (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio)
