Full Job Description

The North West London Borough Clinical Leads for Clinical Effectiveness have a critical role within the Integrated Care System. The post holder will lead a systematic evidence-based approach to quality improvement within a NWL borough, to help to improve health outcomes for local residents. They will work in close partnership with the NWL Clinical Lead for Clinical Effectiveness and with NWL and borough-based partnerships, also supporting wider NWL transformation.Building on successful models already established in North West London boroughs and elsewhere, the programme will bring population health management and learning together, to form the basis for personal, organisational and system development, and continuous improvement in outcomes. This role requires strong, strategic leadership skills, critical reasoning, and numeracy, with the experience of stewardship of significant public funds, good governance and delivering impactful public outcomes., The ideal candidate will bring with them a track record of leading transformational change, the ability to establish a stakeholder-led culture across the system, build trusted partnerships which drive change and improvements in care, have great personal integrity and champion diversity, inclusion, and equality of opportunity for all.We are passionate about creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity.
