Full Job Description

  • Generate and Qualify Leads: Manage inbound and outbound leads, identifying opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and crafting tailored pitches.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Partner with the Head of New Business to move leads through the sales funnel, following a structured process to close deals.
  • Multi-Channel Outreach: Leverage email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to engage prospects and secure meetings with stakeholders.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling presentations, proposals, and bespoke pitches that align with client requirements.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment and track progress using Salesforce.
  • Industry Representation: Attend conferences and networking events to expand your connections and raise the profile of Social Value Portal.

    Proven success in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience working in a SaaS, Technology or Professional Services environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling pitches.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Energetic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • An understanding of Social Value, ESG, or CSR is an advantage.
