Full Job Description

We're seeking a Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in driving business growth, building lasting client relationships, and helping employers unlock the full potential of their apprenticeship levy.

Key Responsibilities:

In this exciting and varied role, you will:

Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients to achieve apprenticeship start targets.
Promote and sell a full suite of Itec services, expanding our employer base and maximising levy utilisation.
Identify, engage, and win new clients while reigniting relationships with former accounts.
Plan and deliver strategic business development initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
Represent Itec at events, forums, and networks, enhancing our brand and reach.
Work closely with our dedicated mentors to ensure successful learner outcomes.
Manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce and generate leads to fuel growth.

A driven, energetic, and passionate Business Development Manager with a proven track record in selling apprenticeship and training solutions. You'll bring:

A consultative approach to working with employers.
Expertise in engaging with both levy and non-levy-paying employers.
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
