Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our UK Sales team. The Business Development team is focused on ensuring our products are first and foremost in the hearts and minds of teachers, educators, and our ultimate end user - the kids! This is a very exciting year for 3P Learning as there are several new products being launched globally, all designed to enhance the learning journey of children! If you are a client-centric, task-driven individual with an ability to build trust and rapport with educators combined with the ability to listen, understand, and align 3P's value propositions, then we welcome your submission. What you will be doing… As a member of our growth sales team, you will play a key role in generating revenue results through partnering with educators to support student outcomes. Our BDM's own the sales cycle from initial contact to close for outbound prospecting and inbound leads. This is a remote-based role for a UK territory. Occasional travel will be required to strategic meetings and conferences.

  • 5+ years of new business development or inside sales success, achieved within the education or SaaS marketplace.
  • Sales success within this quota-driven role will depend on your ability to understand, focus, and execute the key metrics in the role.
  • Competent and tenaciously focused on prospecting while establishing and developing new business relationships.
  • Work collaboratively to support market expansion and client success.
  • Attention to detail, highly organized with a process-driven mindset.
  • Strong technical and systems understanding. Working knowledge of Sales tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Sales Navigator, among others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ideally, you will be:
  • Sales focused with a clear understanding of the needs and challenges of teachers and educators in the primary education sector.
  • Highly organized and process-driven with an achievement mindset.
  • Effective with primarily a remote sales approach with the ability to support local strategic meetings, as necessary.
  • Passionate about finding a career that makes a difference with a strong affinity for education and supporting children in achieving their learning outcomes.

We know that people are at their best working where they feel most comfortable and productive, which is why we offer fully flexible work options to all. This role offers a competitive base salary and variable incentive component.
  • We can't wait to hear from you and look forward to sharing more about 3P and our amazing people and products.
