Full Job Description
As a Business Development Team Leader, you will be coaching and mentoring a new team responsible for supporting and growing our commercial function.
You will be managing and coaching your team to undertake lead generation, client research, and supporting marketing campaigns.
In this role you will be responsible for data quality within the CRM systems and reporting on the activities of your team by way of maintaining up-to-date records.
Weekly and monthly reporting will be part of data management and sharing insights with the commercial teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a client-centric approach.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Enjoys working in a team environment and works in collaboration within the team and wider organisation.
