Full Job Description
Reporting to the Supply Chain Operations Manager, you will lead the ongoing evolution of the Supply Chain capability, collaborating across teams to understand, lead, and meet development and growth requirements. You will work closely with the Supply Chain, Commercial, and Logistics teams to support the growth of our range and the delivery of the customer proposition. Your role will involve coordinating activities across teams to meet both UK and International demand. Face-to-face collaboration is an integral part of our warm, friendly culture, so you'll work from our head office three days a week, working flexibly around our core working hours of 10am-3pm. - Project Management: Lead and manage supply chain improvement projects from initiation to completion, including project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, risk mitigation, and progress monitoring.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within the supply chain, including streamlining procurement processes, reducing lead times, and improving inventory management and customer availability.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement supply chain and commercial strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans, such as reducing costs, improving customer service levels, and mitigating supply chain risks.
- Change Management and Continuous Improvement: Facilitate change by engaging and communicating with stakeholders, recommending and gaining buy-in for data or customer-led initiatives, and managing resistance to change. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including commercial planning, logistics, operations, and finance teams, to align supply chain initiatives with overall business goals.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for supply chain improvement projects and initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and return on investment.
- Performance Reporting: Report on the progress and impact of supply chain improvement initiatives to senior management and key stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for further improvement.
- Technology & New Process Implementation: Support the implementation of technology solutions, such as supply chain management software or automation tools, to improve efficiency and visibility across the supply chain.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain, such as disruptions in supply or demand, geopolitical factors, or regulatory changes.
- Performance & Engagement: Support engagement and people development within the function, role modeling great behaviors, and creating a great place to work. Values & Behaviours:

- Expertise in understanding data, and use of Excel, Power BI, and other retail systems, such as F&R, Ranging, Margin, WMS, and cost management.
