Full Job Description

Hours - 37.5 hours per week (This is done on a rotational basis 5 out of 7 days) Must be able to commit to flexible hours and some weekends Role and Responsibility

  • To answer inbound telephone calls from customers across multiple campaigns
  • To handle and resolve customer queries
  • Using client systems and web based systems to handle customer calls.
  • Booking Customers in for campaigns on client systems
  • Ability to work in a team environment - ensure all calls are answered in a timely manner.
  • Keep an accurate record of all customer details and other data.
  • Ad-hoc Administration - handle and respond to emails where required.

    Previous call centre experience is essential for this position
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service to all clients
  • Ability to work towards and exceed all KPIs set
  • Flexibility with the different shift patterns as per business requirements
