Are you passionate about data and making a real difference in cancer care? As the Cancer Performance Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in supporting Liverpool Women's Hospital's mission to improve cancer services and outcomes. Working closely with our Cancer Team, Digital Services, and Clinicians, you will transform data into actionable insights, spotlighting trends and identifying improvement opportunities across cancer pathways.

In this dynamic role, you'll not only analyse and support reporting of cancer performance metrics but also collaborate on innovative digital solutions that enhance data quality and impact patient pathways. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who's proactive, meticulous with data, and ready to dive into trend analysis to support strategic decisions. The successful candidate's work will directly contribute to meeting national cancer targets and advancing the Cancer, supporting the Trust to delivery top quality patient care., The Cancer Performance Analyst will generate insightful cancer performance reports, ensure data quality, and validate cancer pathway data for key internal and external stakeholders. Collaborating with Digital Services and the Power BI team, they will support digital projects and enhance reporting tools. Through trend analysis, they'll identify improvement areas in cancer pathways, assist with statutory and ad-hoc reporting, and maintain data governance standards. Engaging closely with clinical and operational teams, the Analyst will provide responsive, accurate data to advance cancer service performance and meet national targets.
