We are immensely proud of the work to support unpaid carers at Caring Together Charity and are currently seeking warm-hearted care assistants to join our dedicated team. What we can offer you

  • Death in service benefit of three times your annual salary., This role will use your understanding of person centred care to be part of a responsive team. You will be providing support to
  • customers and their families at short notice in the event of a needed break for unpaid carers. Supporting people in their daily lives is varied and any day could include, helping someone develop a new skill, providing personal and emotional support, helping people plan and manage their home, support with leisure activities and interests. You could be supporting people in their own home or taking them out and about in their community. You will also play a proactive role in signposting the people we support and their families.   • Comfortable using various systems on a mobile phone to update care plans and check on your scheduled visits.
