Join Our Compassionate Team at Home Support Matters - Care Workers Wanted Are you passionate about helping others and feel ready to take on a role that offers both flexibility and the satisfaction of making a real impact? Home Support Matters is seeking reliable, enthusiastic individuals to join our team in and around the Lowestoft area!,

  • Personal Care: Assisting with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
  • Meal Preparation: Preparing meals that meet customers' nutritional needs.
  • Domestic Support: Helping with household tasks such as shopping visits and cleaning.
  • Medication Administration: Administering medication as per your training.
  • Accurate Record Keeping: Keeping detailed care logs and medication records.
  • Healthcare Support: Providing care for skin integrity, wound healing, PEG nutrition, and diabetes management.

    Driving Licence & Vehicle: A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle is preferred, as you'll be supporting clients in Lowestoft and the surrounding areas. We're also hiring walkers, bikers, and moped riders!
  • Experience: Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential-if you have a passion for helping others, we will provide all the training you need.

    Flexible Hours: Choose shift patterns that suit your lifestyle with zero-hours contracts, or opt for guaranteed hours or block shift contracts.
  • Paid Mileage: 42p per mile to cover your travel expenses if you drive.
