Catering Supervisor B

We are looking for an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day catering operations at our school. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation, cooking, serving of nutritious meals while ensuring excellent customer service and staff development.,

• Manage daily catering operations, ensuring smooth preparation, cooking, and serving of meals.
• Plan compliance of menus in accordance with current policy, cost and identifying unit needs.
• Maintain quality control and hygiene practices in food handling and kitchen management.
• Promote and enhance the school's catering service through excellent customer care.
• Train and develop the catering staff, fostering a supportive and productive work environment.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and keep financial control of cash
