Your support in this role will include receiving regular clinical and line-management supervision, as well as regular clinical learning sessions and access to high quality and internally renowned CPD. You will also have the opportunity to further your clinical skills by developing a speciality on our perinatal or trauma pathways, or by becoming a Champion for a specific client group., The service is delivered via a partnership between Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation Trust (NSFT), Mind, Relate and other external partners, bringing all the benefits of being an NHS Trust provider alongside a nationally respected mental health charity supporting delivery using a social recovery model. This post comes under the direct employment of NSFT. We are committed to implementing service changes through the regular use of Quality Improvement (QI) and supporting all staff to be part of these projects. Our treatments are delivered face to face, online via video platforms, and by telephone. We also provide workshops / webinars and computerised CBT (cCBT).
