Full Job Description

  • Engage with stakeholders companywide to understand and advise on their objectives and problems.
  • Support the delivery of benefits from transformational programs or projects, managing the change landscape and supporting benefit realization
  • Build and maintain effective communications with key stakeholders, cross functional leaders and project team members.
  • Work with the relevant business area in helping to identify other areas of transformation opportunity within the same project or business area.
  • Coach senior leaders and managers on role-modelling and behaviours when sponsoring / leading transformation programmes
  • Support programs through the production of playbooks, change impact assessments, stakeholder matrixes and other supporting collateral
  • Lead workshops and training sessions, either in-person or remote that include elements of change management theory.
  • Support knowledge management efforts with clients and within the team.
  • Preferably have previous experience in one or more relevant areas [e.g., Operating Model Design, Process Design & Optimization, Change Management & Communications].
  • Support building out of the change management capabilities across JLL in order to enable more streamlined and effective project delivery across JLL., Think Big - Thinks strategically, simplifies the complex, solves complex problems, sees the big picture

    The successful candidate will combine the ability to lead multiple teams/workstreams with change management skills and prior experience delivering the benefits of transformational change. The candidate needs a demonstrable and highly commercial mind-set, strong financial acumen in addition to excellent listening and communication skills. A logical, structured approach to problem solving and common sense are key., Professional experience, ideally with a top-tier consulting firm and/or with a firm with a well-established transformation agenda.
  • Direct experience of major global business transformation projects.
  • Excellent analytical and program management skills are essential.
  • Commercially and financially astute, comfortable with company P&L and, ideally, also balance sheet.
  • Diverse industry and functional backgrounds gained through consulting or elsewhere.
  • Understanding of or exposure to global real estate markets preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to effectively design, gain alignment and successfully execute significant transformation change initiatives from project start to finish.

  • Leadership Skills: exceptional communication skills coupled with excellent active listening skills. Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. Establish and maintain strong relationships on all levels of organisation.

  • Change Management Skills: Has a good understanding of change management theory and application, for example, using the Prosci framework.
  • Analytical Skills: Has a structured approach to problem solving with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics. Drives to fix the ultimate root causes to drive sustainable change.
  • Character with high perseverance and resourcefulness required to keep driving and finding ways to get the required steps done. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations. Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere. Forward looking with a holistic approach.
