Change Delivery Manager Waterloo - Hybrid Working Fixed Term Contract Until End of October 2025 Grade 4 At Currys we're united by one passion: to help everyone enjoy amazing technology. The Senior Change Manager will be responsible for supporting the adoption and embedding of the major change activities through the identification, planning and application of best practice change management. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise adoption and usage and minimise resistance and retain business performance. Role overview: As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Change approach, planning and delivery for up to two projects requiring change support (supporting on a 50:50 basis)
  • Conducting change impact analyses and assessing change readiness
  • Gaining buy-in to all change management activities by providing pro-active and transparent stakeholder management both across the project team/s and with impacted colleagues
  • Implementing the Currys business change methodology across the business (project by project) by using our standardised 'best practice' methods and tools, that fulfil the business needs and help stakeholders understand the value they bring and contribute to the project/s
  • Creating and leading the comms. & engagement planning and execution for the project/s to ensure all investments in change activity are communicated effectively and that the business sees & understands the overall story for the change/s
  • Developing and owning project microsites (SharePoint)
  • Applying innovative, engaging and re-usable ways of articulating complex messages
  • Supporting the design and delivery of training programs, working closely with key stakeholders and potentially third-party providers, to ensure the smooth delivery of all training requirements
  • Proactively leading and collaborating with project and programme sponsors and senior stakeholders within the business
  • Being a part of a high performing team - as a member of the project team/s, as well as contributing to the Currys business change team
  • Managing risks and overcoming issues that prevent the project/s from being successful
  • The focus of this role is to support the successful scoping and implementation of change initiatives across our transformation agenda. This will include people, process and technology change and is likely to touch all functions of our Currys population. You will need:
