Are you looking for a new challenge? We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals looking to develop their knowledge and skills in digital health and change. Have you got clinical experience and are good at building relationships with clinical teams?An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the digital health team working with the Chief Nurse Information officer. You will be working as part of a change team embedding new digital projects and advances in the epr system to ward and department areas.This is an exciting time to join the digital team we enter into the next level of optimization and enhancing the patient record by working with clinical staff to streamline workflows and improve the record to increase patient safety and quality. in turn, providing assurance to our multi-disciplinary team that the record they produce provides the information they need in both the present day and the future., The post holder will a key member of the Change team, whose overarching goal is to enable, promote and support digital Projects in delivering clear and effective change information to colleagues across the Trust. You must have

  • experience of working in a clinical environment
  • excellent communication skills
  • be organised and able to manage your time
  • build relationships with clinical staff
  • be able to speak in front of an audience embedding change and facilitating workshops.
