You hard work pays off when a dish that you've thoughtfully helped to prepare has guests raving and anxious to return. As a Chef de Partie, you will be required to;
• Work enthusiastically as a member of our busy kitchen team
• Undertake training & development
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling & chopping
• Maintain fridges and other food storage areas, monitoring and recording temperatures
• Cook and plate food according to agreed recipes and standards
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers in a safe manner & ensuring correctness of temperatures.
• Set-up and break down work station, washing and disinfecting kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment., When you bring your natural talents and passion for food, we welcome you into our family. • Previous kitchen experience is a big plus
This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs. Standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional appearance in a clean uniform are also required. Prior to employment, we'll ask you to complete safety training and certification.
