We are very excited about our Quick Service Diner concept to be launch at Lloyds Banking Group Harbourside, Bristol. This new food offer fits into a brand-new look and feel for the whole Lloyds flagship office building. Our amazing food offer will also consist of weekly hot counter "Pop Ups" including dishes from our Pizza station & Rotisserie station, along a Fresh Baked Goods Chef's table and daily office hospitality menus. As our CDP you will be hands on at the heart of the kitchen and restaurant. Using fresh ingredients to create daily Gather & Gather menus.,

• Prepare food from seasonally changing menus.
• Preparation, production, and service of food to the standard required in a timely and efficient manner.
• Practice and promote effective teamwork and communication amongst your direct work colleagues and colleagues in other departments.
• Ensure compliance with inhouse HACCP and food hygiene, health, and safety systems to ensure compliance.
• Completing duties with an attitude of always striving to exceed standards to promote improvements and raise the quality of feedback from all clients sites.
• To maintain the day-to-day operational standards of the kitchen
• To manage own kitchen section
• To take responsibility covering all areas of kitchen operations.
• To prepare reports including recording food temperatures. Maintain a professional and friendly image with the client and customers
• Work effectively with all colleagues to ensure excellent customer service
