Full Job Description

  • Lead the kitchen team.
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your specialty.
  • Manage, train and assist the fellow Chefs working with you.
  • Ensure high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.
  • Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with the team.

    Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
  • Due to some responsibilities within the Chef De Partie role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
  • Previous experience leading the kitchen team is required.

    Pay Rate: £14.80 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am, bringing your rate of pay to £16.30 per hour! You will also receive service charge added to your base salary! Shift Pattern: Full-Time, Scheduled between 3 AM and 12 AM, Including weekends,
