Chief Engineer

Were looking for a Chief Engineer to join our Primary Care Team, This role is vital inensuring a first class building maintenance service, covering reactive, project and scheduled maintenance work.,

• General DIY and maintenance including electrical, basic carpentry, plumbing, replacement of tiling and flooring, painting and decorating
• To respond to, and complete incoming works logged on the internal computerised maintenance management system prioritising your workload, responding quickly to emergencies. Assessing jobs and devising a plan of action to complete.
• To provide technical guidance and advice
• To advise on deficiencies and contribute to strategic planning of replacement/repair
