Chief Executive Officer

The Chief Executive oversees the overall direction of Haringey GP Federation. They are the accountable officer, responsible for developing and delivering strategies that ensure the organisation meets the goals determined by the Board of Directors.

The Chief Executive provides strategic leadership to Haringey GP Federation, ensuring that the Federation is delivering our vision and aims and living and operating according to our values. This role will ensure that the Federation is well positioned to embrace the challenges of operating in the constantly changing healthcare environment and ready to respond rapidly and flexibly to new business opportunities.

The CEO is accountable for ensuring the organisation delivers a range of high-quality services working in partnership with other health and care providers and the voluntary sector. They will maintain strong relationships with our members ensuring that we are effectively supporting and strengthening them including, through innovative workforce and education initiatives. They will be a strong and influential voice for General Practice in our Integrated Care System.

The CEO is a member of the Board of Directors and will lead on delivering against our strategic priorities working with the Board and the executive team.

We are the Haringey GP Federation, an innovative and ambitious organisation working with 34 member practices across seven primary care networks in the diverse and vibrant borough of Haringey in north London.

Our vision is to support the people of Haringey to be healthier and happier. We do this by strengthening, innovating, and advocating for strong and sustainable General Practice in Haringey as well as by delivering services at scale and in partnership with health, social care and the voluntary sector. We are proud of all that we have achieved since our inception in 2016. From hosting and managing the Training Hub for North Central London and delivery of specific training for practice and primary care staff, to the focussed work we do to tackle health inequalities and promote inclusion within the communities we serve, our team has earned a strong reputation for providing best practice primary care services at scale and has repeatedly won external recommendation and commendation for the work we do.
