We have an extremely exciting opportunity to join our Trust as Chief Nursing Officer. We are seeking an exceptional Chief Nursing Officer who has the energy and passion to make a sustainable and lasting difference to our populations and those we care for., The Chief Nursing Officer role is an exciting and challenging role at the heart of our organisation and integral to the Trust's vision. As a member of the Trust Board and executive team, you will providestrong, visible and professional leadership and ensure that patient safety and the delivery of high-quality care remain central to our strategic direction and decision-making. We are looking for a Chief Nursing Officer who will role model our values, supporting positive and mutually respectful relationships at all levels in the organisation, acting with kindness and championing inclusion at all times.

The role requires an individual with a passionate and forward-thinking approach to clinical leadership, quality and improvement. Our ideal Chief Nursing Officer will need to demonstrate clinical excellence and innovation in healthcare and possess the ability and charisma to engage staff and stakeholders on a national stage.

Providing influential and visible clinical leadership, you will inspire our clinical and nursing workforce as well as Trust partners to build on our reputation of delivering the highest quality mental health care in a complex and increasingly integrated health economy. In order to meet the needs of the Trust you may be required from time to time to work at different locations to your normal place of work. This may mean that you are required to work at any location that fall under Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey or Islington. The Trust reserves the right to require staff to work at such other places or locations as it considers reasonable and necessary on a temporary or permanent basis.
