Full Job Description

Are you passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives? Do you have strong empathy, resilience and a commitment to supporting those affected by trauma?

This role offers the chance for career development to become a CSE Practitioner with specialist training in CSE, therapeutic support and trauma informed approaches. working as part of the Rose Project team to provide trauma-informed support in a range of settings across Norfolk.

In this role, you’ll help young people recognise and maintain healthy relationships through 1:1 and group therapeutic support. You’ll work with those at medium to high risk of Child Sexual Exploitation, ensuring they feel heard, understood, and supported.

·      We are looking for a willingness to learn, good communication, active listening, resilience and empathy.

·      A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.

·      Previous experience or graduated in youth work, psychotherapy, counselling, social care or other relevant fields will be helpful.

Salary range: £22,500 - £26,500 per annum (full-time equivalent)

Hours of work: Minimum 30 hours per week, up to 37.5 hours per week.
