Full Job Description

We are developing residential care homes and recruiting teams to run them. Our work involves caring for children and young people with complex needs, so it is vital that you want to make a real difference to their lives., We are seeking dedicated Residential Childcare Workers level 1 - to join our team, offering comprehensive residential services to children and young people. Your role will be to ensure their physical, social, and emotional needs are met, and nurturing their holistic development whilst promoting resilience. This position is part of a career pathway into children's residential care., You may not have a lot of experience but you're passionate about making difference, open to new learning and want to build a career. As a Level 1 Worker you will attend college and have the opportunity to work across our residential settings. You will work alongside our experienced staff who will mentor and coach you. On completing your qualification you will be automatically progressed to Level 2 Worker and work within one of our residential settings.,
