Full Job Description

Based in London, the purpose of the role is to ensure a positive and efficient UAT process for Clients from a technical and operational perspective. The role will cover all services within Regulatory Reporting both regulated and non-regulated.

Team description: The Client Implementation team will report into the Head of Regulatory Reporting Operations, working with the Client Service Team, Delivery Product Owners/Scrum Masters and the Portfolio Director. The team is client facing working with a range of banks and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage the Client Implementation team consisting of two analysts.

· Accountable for the performance and results of the team

· Contribute to the development of departmental plans including individuals, business, production, operational and /or organisational priorities.

· Contribute to resource plans and policy formation within Regulatory Reporting.

· Ensure the minimum level of client testing is achieved for Reg Reporting Releases as stipulated in the Client Testing Framework, escalating when testing thresholds are at risk of not being met.

For Major projects:

o Create, present and successfully execute Client Test Approaches/ Test Plans in collaboration with key partners (Clients, Technology, Scrum and Product).

o Chair Client Defect Meetings for major projects providing updates on defects, releases and progress

o Produce Test Summary Reports

· Build and formalise strong UAT relationships with our clients to encourage their positive engagement and provide proactive support, to ensure they are Production ready.

· Provide first level support of UAT change related queries

· Coordination and assurance of Client Document Packs.

· Coordination, assurance and execution of Client Broadcasts ensuring uniformity and clear concise messaging.

· Fully understand the Reg Reporting product suite and end to end business flow. Internally and from an external client reporting perspective.

· Be the UAT central contact point and SME

· Create new efficiencies in the implementation process by streamlining UAT, creating standardised materials and positively improving the customer UAT experience

· Work alongside the broader change team and assist the Portfolio Director

· Manage working groups with all stakeholders and raise and track actions accordingly

· Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) is essential

· People leadership experience would be beneficial

· Basic SQL proficiency would be beneficial

· Experience of a CRM tool such as Salesforce would be beneficial

· Experience of test planning and execution is beneficial

· Experience of managing client relationships is beneficial

· Knowledge of Regulatory Reporting requirements is beneficial

· Ability to create and present informative material at client workshops

· Ability to represent the organisation externally in a professional and credible manner

· Ability to lead projects

· Willing and able to direct/influence others across the organisation and externally

· Ability to lead projects, with significant risk profile

· Ability to work independently, with guidance in the most complex situations

· Ability to interpret internal or external issues and recommend solutions/best practices with insight
