Full Job Description

As a Client Support Specialist you will manage first-line client queries post-onboarding, ensuring prompt and high-quality customer service. You will also enhance support processes and act as a liaison across departments to resolve client issues effectively., As a Client Support specialist, you will be the subject matter expert in the Customer Operations department, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. Concentrating on training and upskilling the Customer Champions to provide high resolution of queries at the first point of contact, you will also ensure that product knowledge is up to date an available to the teams. A key part of this role will be to triage tickets from the business relating to the client queries and ensure that they are resolved or escalated within the agreed timeframes and up to quality standards.   • Experience in a client-facing role within a technology or software setting.
