Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Clinical Manager to join our Low Secure Services at Lynfield Mount Hospital., The Clinical Manager provides clinical leadership, supervision andconsultation to the Inpatient Mental Health Teams within Low Secure Services, managing the day-to-day operations of the services., The Clinical Manager promotes a 'can do' culture within Inpatient Mental Health Teams within Low Secure Services.

The post holder is expected to work within organisational and other national and local policies to interpret and embed these within own area of responsibility and to be accountable for service development and its practical implementation.

The post holder will work closely with the Provider Collaborative (PC) for West Yorkshire and provide up to date accurate reports to support the PC
