Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding healthcare with a track record of operational delivery, innovation and managing complex change programmes.

The post holder will be responsible for the delivery and performance of priority targets across the Divisions with specific focus on the urgent and emergency care pathway, and work closely with the clinical, nursing and managerial leads across the division, to ensure the provision of an efficient, safe, effective service that delivers excellent patient experience.

In partnership with the Clinical Directors and Senior Matrons you will lead the development of strategy and quality improvement initiatives, including in support of our workforce and well-being agenda;

and take an active role in the delivery of efficient patient flow through partnership working across the Trust and into the Integrated Care system.

Main duties of the job

As an experienced leader, you will work as part of our leadership teams and be committed to the on-going development of high-performing divisional teams.

You will work in collaboration with a diverse multi-disciplinary team to develop a sustainable programme of innovation and foster an environment and culture conducive to operational excellence and exemplary care.

Working as part of a supportive team you will be able to access training and education opportunities to enable success in the role.
