Full Job Description

+ To aid with the delivery of a specialist nursing service for people with
Epilepsy
+ To assess individual patient's needs, set and implement programmes of care for patients linking with primary, secondary and tertiary care ensuring care is properly coordinated.
+ To contribute to the development of nursing within the Trust by working across boundaries and interagency working.
+ As part of a team, initiate research-based practice and monitor the quality of the service being provided

The ideal candidate will be:
+ An experienced, flexible, forward-thinking nurse
+ Able to autonomously manage a caseload of patients with Epilepsy
+ Able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
+ Able to manage their own time effectively
+ Able to work in a variety of settings including a degree of hybrid working
+ Attend and represent the service in patient related meetings across primary and secondary care
+ Able to aid with the development and delivery of training packages
