Clinical Pharmacist Independent Prescriber

The position requires a qualified pharmacist with an independent prescribing qualification, who will operate within their professional limits as a member of a multidisciplinary team, The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the GP and other practice clinical and non-clinical staff, playing a key role in supporting GPs and the broader primary care team to provide safe and effective care. They will provide medication-related patient services, including direct patient care.

This is an exciting position which will require an innovative and visionary Clinical Pharmacist. The successful applicant will need to be self-motivated and able to work on their own, You will have excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills together with a good working knowledge of primary care and the challenges facing patient care in the NHS.
