Clinical Team Leader- Neurodevelopmental Services

In this role, you will be the point of contact for all matters related to the day-to-day running of the clinic, conducting and overseeing comprehensive specialist assessments for individuals suspected of Autism and/or ADHD. You'll be responsible for writing up assessment reports promptly and professionally, providing actionable recommendations and interventions. Additionally, you'll maintain a clinical overview of all current assessment cases, ensuring clear plans are in place for each. Liaising with ND admin, you'll address logistical challenges, problem-solve issues like clinician sickness, and support newer team members in their transition. You'll also identify areas for improvement in clinic processes, chair multidisciplinary discussions, and pinpoint training needs, collaborating with senior leadership to enhance our services.
