Full Job Description

This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working. You'll join your colleagues in our London office 2-3 days a week. As the UK's largest fibre-only network, and its only proven wholesale challenger, we're busy setting new standards for what digital infrastructure can and should be. Designed from scratch for the internet, our network is greener, more reliable and ready for the future. The products we provide over it not only lead the market on speed, value and service, they help businesses to innovate, provide entire communities with a better foundation for their digital lives and support economic growth, locally and nationally. What does that mean for you? The opportunity to make internet connections (and daily life) a whole lot better, for a lot of people! Joining us as a Commercial Contract Manager You will coordinate plans, activities, and resources to ensure CityFibre meets its obligations in key commercial contracts with major ISPs, Public Sector organisations, and Mobile Network Operators. You will mitigate risks, deliver an exceptional experience to strategic customers, and identify new value opportunities to support the wider Commercial team. You'll receive a competitive salary,a car allowance, a performance related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing. This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

  • Communicate the terms and obligations of assigned commercial contracts
  • Track, manage, and execute contract obligations using effective project/change management
  • Drive additional value beyond minimum obligations, manage governance processes and ensure effective change control
  • Resolve key issues and conflicts through appropriate governance processes
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by delivering a high-quality experience

You will have a strong background in commercial and consumer finance, coupled with expertise in proposition and pricing. Experience in crafting and implementing effective contract and pricing strategies is essential, along with a solid understanding of broader commercial and pricing strategies to drive value and ensure alignment with organisational goals. You'll also have:
  • Strong experience in leadership roles focused on contract management, commercial management or programme management roles
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Exceptional discipline and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
