Full Job Description
As the Commercial Director, you will report to the Managing Director of UK & Ireland and lead a team of commercial professionals. Your key mission is to expand market presence and lead commercial strategy across the region through strong customer relationships and a high-performing Key Account Management structure. Based at our Heathrow office, you'll collaborate closely with commercial leaders across regions to drive global growth. We're looking for a proactive, experienced leader with a passion for business development and client management. A snapshot of what you will be doing here: As the Commercial Director, you will: 1. Drive revenue growth: 1. Build and nurture relationships with key and new customers. 2. Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with TCR's goals. 3. Grow a sustainable, profitable commercial pipeline. 4. Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team. 2. Manage Key Accounts: 1. Oversee a best-in-class Key Account Management (KAM) structure. 2. Provide training and guidance to Key Account Managers. 3. Conduct regular customer surveys and translate feedback into actionable business opportunities. 4. Utilise opportunities to enhance our client offering and client satisfaction. 3. Ensure operational excellence: 1. Take ownership of commercial projects from start to finish. 2. Collaborate with fleet and operations teams to define service level agreements and exceed client expectations. 3. Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to ensure the customer proposition is best in class. 4. Identify potential risks in commercial operations, including financial, contractual, and market risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them. 4. Optimize commercial processes: 1. Lead and support a team focused on performance and continuous improvement. 2. Implement efficient processes based on simplicity, standardisation, and automation. 3. Manage and negotiate contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and profitability. 4. Build business cases to support new and existing business. 5. Work closely with TCR experts across the globe to share best practices with a continual improvement mindset at heart.

- Demonstrates strong stakeholder engagement and customer focus.
- Is willing to travel across the UK and Ireland (approximately 20%).
