Commercial Performance Manager Location: Hybrid - Local office 2 days per week Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits   At Vodafone UK we believe that through collaboration and connection with our colleagues we can achieve great things. From the way we interact with our customers, to how we communicate in our campaigns and create data-driven propositions, this is where some of our best ideas are brought to life.   What you'll do    The Commercial Performance Manager role demands a keen understanding of the mobile market and the ability to identify opportunities to enhance Consumer Sales performance. This position requires strong commercial acumen and experience in managing and implementing business-wide commercial changes. Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, implementing targeting models to meet budget goals, and creating reward schemes and incentives for front-line teams. The role also involves providing data-driven feedback across various business functions to ensure the Consumer Sales Function is well-represented. Success in this fast-paced environment requires strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage large teams effectively.   

  • You will budget and forecast channel performance in line with current trends and business expectations across both Direct and Indirect.
  • You will be responsible for all communication and engagement with the Retail Field Teams, using insights and targeted data to provide accurate pricing and promotion information.
  • You will be responsible for generating all the reports and analytical data that support both the Front Line and our Indirect Partners in driving commercial performance.
  • You will ensure that trading or commercial decisions impacting Consumer Sales Channels are rigorously modelled and effectively communicated.
  • You will effectively lead and manage projects aimed at improving efficiencies, reducing costs, or enhancing performance in Consumer Sales.
  • You will build, manage, and sustain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including the Vodafone group.

  • You will demonstrate business acumen and commercial awareness, along with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • You will have experience of forming and creating strategic and tactical plans in a commercial environment
  • You will have excellent verbal and writing skills, and be able to deliver confident and engaging presentations at all levels
